Role Overview We are seeking a Quant Operations Analyst to join our Gurgaon office. This role is critical to the smooth and secure functioning of our trading operations. You'll be responsible for real-time trade monitoring, issue resolution, and the continual improvement of risk and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and thrives in a high-speed, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Knowledge of Linux and shell command-line tools Good programming and scripting (Python/Shell) skills Good problem-solving, mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills Very strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Interest in trading and the financial markets Responsibilities: Work on improving and maintaining pre-trade workflows with help from senior engineers. Execute tasks manually that cannot be fully automated, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Assist the team with various adhoc tasks as they arise, providing flexible and responsive support.
