Project Manager, ICHRA

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead a new strategic initiative to design and implement our Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) offering. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the project from start to finish - planning, executing, and monitoring the project to ensure successful delivery. This includes coordinating a cross-functional team, managing timelines and dependencies, and surfacing and mitigating risks. To be successful in this role, you'll need strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
