About the Organization:
School For Skills (SFS) and Foundation for Innovations in Health (FIH) are working towards building a future-ready healthcare workforce and strengthening community health systems through innovation, training, and digital integration. Both SFS and FIH are active in at least six (6) states, including 2 north-east states, in India. We have trained over 5000 youths in last 11 years, drawn mainly from poorer families with limited formal education. Majority of our students are girls from vulnerable backgrounds. Almost 80% of our students are now employed in 80+ hospitals in almost all cities in India.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Graphics & Video Editing Intern to join our on-site communications team. The intern will play a key role in designing compelling visual content and editing impactful videos that showcase our programs, student journeys, placements, field initiatives, and community work.
This is a hands-on opportunity to build a strong professional portfolio while contributing to meaningful social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design social media creatives, posters, brochures, banners, and campaign materials
● Edit reels, testimonials, campus highlights, placement stories, and awareness videos
● Add captions, transitions, music, and basic motion graphics
● Ensure brand consistency across SFS and FIH platforms
● Assist in documenting events, workshops, hospital visits, and field activities
● Collaborate with the program and outreach teams to plan visual storytelling
● Support digital campaigns and promotional initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
● Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
● Understanding of social media trends and formats (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
● Strong sense of design aesthetics and visual storytelling
● Ability to work on deadlines and manage multiple tasks
● Basic photography or videography skills are a plus
