Role Description The Graphics & UI/UX Trainer/Faculty will deliver high-quality classroom instruction in graphics design, UI/UX principles, and related tools to aspiring designers. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lectures and practical sessions, creating and updating training materials, assignments, and projects that reflect current industry practices. The trainer will mentor learners, review and critique their work, provide constructive feedback, and support portfolio development. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the academic team to refine curriculum, staying updated with design trends and tools, and occasionally assisting with workshops or seminars. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in graphics and graphic design, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on expertise in image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma or similar) and ability to teach their practical use.
- Working knowledge of social media and marketing concepts to guide learners in designing for digital platforms.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in design or UI/UX, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, user-centered design, and basic prototyping workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and inclusive teaching style.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and manage batches, schedules, and classroom administration efficiently.
