What You’ll Actually Do
- Design social media creatives, app visuals, and marketing assets
- Create and refine brand identity (logos, colours, visual systems)
- Work directly with founders (not buried under layers of management)
- Contribute ideas — not just execute instructions
- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints (website, product, campaigns)
What We Expect
- Strong fundamentals in graphic design (not just Canva templates)
- Good understanding of typography, layout, and branding
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar
- Ability to take feedback without getting defensive
- Reliability — deadlines matter more than “creativity excuses”
