Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gwalior for a Graphics Designer Branding and Packaging Executive. The role involves designing packaging for confectionery products, creating visual branding materials, and ensuring alignment with the company's identity. Daily responsibilities include high-quality graphic creation, collaborating with different teams such as marketing and production, and staying updated on the latest design trends in the industry to ensure standout branding and packaging designs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphic Design, including proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Understanding of Packaging Design principles and experience in creating branding materials
- Strong understanding of Visual Communication and ability to conceptualize compelling designs
- Attention to detail and skills in Creativity to produce innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Familiarity with current trends in consumer packaging and branding design
