🎨 Role Overview
We are hiring a multi-skilled creative professional who can design, shoot, and edit content required for digital marketing and brand communication.
This is not just a design role — we need someone who understands visual storytelling for social media and marketing performance.
✅ What We Are Looking ForExperience
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Graphic Design or Creative Production
- Prior agency or brand experience preferred
- Strong understanding of branding and social media creatives
Core Skills Required🎨 Graphic Design
- Social media creatives (Instagram, Ads, Branding posts)
- Brand identity understanding
- Layout design & visual hierarchy
- Marketing-focused design thinking
- Ability to maintain brand consistency
🎥 Videography & Shooting
- Basic to intermediate video shooting skills
- Understanding of lighting, framing & composition
- Ability to shoot reels & marketing content
✂️ Editing Skills
- Video editing for reels & short-form content
- Motion graphics basics preferred
- Thumbnail & promotional creatives editing
🛠 Software Skills (Must Know)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent tools)
- Canva (for fast execution workflows)
