Through its gamified, quiz-focused app, Superfan dives deep into African proverbs, traditions, rites of passage, festivals, folklore, and customs. Designed for both Africans and those in the diaspora, the platform aims to preserve and celebrate African heritage while making language learning engaging and interactive.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Graphic Web Designer. The Graphic Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphic content, designing logos, developing cohesive branding strategies, and optimizing designs for web-based platforms. The role also involves applying typography principles to enhance designs and ensuring that all visual elements align with the company’s vision and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating compelling and visually appealing content
- Experience with Logo Design and developing cohesive Branding concepts
- Skills in Typography, ensuring effective and aesthetically pleasing text-based designs
- Strong understanding of web design principles and creating user-friendly interfaces
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with modern web trends and digital design standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
