Role Description The Graphic Web Designer at Blue Falls is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini. This role involves creating visually engaging website designs, graphics, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. The Graphic Web Designer will collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to design web pages, banners, social media creatives, and other digital assets. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing design ideas, producing mockups and prototypes, refining typography and color palettes, and preparing assets for implementation. The role also includes maintaining design consistency across platforms, responding to feedback, and ensuring all designs meet quality and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Strong graphics and graphic design skills, including the ability to create visually appealing digital assets.
- Experience with logo design and branding to develop cohesive visual identities for clients and internal projects.
- Proficiency in typography, with an eye for layout, readability, and hierarchy in web and digital designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma or similar).
- Understanding of basic web design principles, responsive design, and collaboration with developers.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
