We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Social Media + AI Tools)

🚀 Role Overview
We are hiring a Graphic Designer with strong social media instincts who can design engaging creatives, edit videos/reels, and leverage modern AI tools to speed up creative production.
You should be someone who brings ideas to the table, experiments with trends, and understands how content performs across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality social media creatives, carousels, and campaign visuals
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and motion-based content
• Use AI tools to enhance creative workflows (image generation, design ideation, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create performance-focused visuals
• Stay updated with latest social media design trends and formats
• Work on branding assets, ad creatives, and marketing visuals
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and storytelling formats
🧠 Skills & Requirements
• 3–4 years experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Content Creator
• Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools
• Experience creating social media creatives and reels
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Leonardo, etc.)
• Good understanding of social media formats and engagement-driven design
• Ability to think conceptually and bring fresh ideas
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
⭐ Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
• Experience with motion graphics / animation
• Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
