Overview:
We are looking for a versatile designer who can handle both visual content creation and product design. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working across marketing creatives as well as UI/UX for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with business and product teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality design language across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality marketing creatives (social media, ads, presentations, branding assets)
- Create and edit visual content aligned with brand guidelines
- Design intuitive UI for web and mobile applications
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and final designs
- Ensure consistency across product and marketing design systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and usage patterns
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing both visual design and product design work
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
- Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and usability
- Ability to manage multiple design needs across marketing and product
Good to Have:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing
- Exposure to branding and identity design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or developer handoff processes
