Broad Function:
We are seeking an experienced Graphic & UI Designer; you will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas into engaging and impactful visual assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling designs that align with our and our clients’ brand identity systems, ensuring clear and effective communication with target audiences.
Key Roles & Responsibilities (Not Limited To):-
Visual Design & Content Creation:
- Design visual content across multiple formats and mediums, including digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Create visually appealing marketing collaterals such as web pages, newsletters, brochures, case studies, and PowerPoint presentations.
Brand Consistency & Styling:-
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and design outputs.
- Apply a strong sense of styling to produce cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
UI/UX Design:-
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces based on the latest UX trends and usability principles.
- Use prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) to create interactive prototypes for testing and development
Collaboration & Integration:-
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design seamlessly into development processes.
- Collaborate across teams to create impactful designs for promotional campaigns.
Project Management:-
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
Requirements
Desired Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Graphic & UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma (mandatory), and Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX, web design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with Canva and generative AI tools for design efficiency.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within IT/technology organizations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
