Graphic & Motion Designer – MarketingLocation: Mumbai | Experience: 1-3 years
About enParadigmenParadigm builds AI-powered platforms and learning simulations that help enterprises develop leaders and build real-world business capabilities.
About the RoleOur products can be abstract. Video and visual storytelling make them tangible.
You'll work with the Marketing team to bring enParadigm, its products and customer stories to life through videos, motion graphics and marketing collaterals. You'll own execution end to end while helping build a consistent, recognisable brand.
What You'll Do- Create product videos: Turn marketing briefs and product concepts into engaging explainers, demos and feature walkthroughs. Own the process from storyboard to final output, including animation, editing, voiceovers, music and audio quality.
- Tell customer stories: Turn client case studies into compelling visual narratives that showcase impact.
- Design marketing collaterals: Create social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, presentations and event assets.
- Build the brand: Apply enParadigm's brand guidelines and visual language consistently across channels, helping strengthen how the brand is recognised and experienced.
- Experiment and iterate: Explore new creative and AI-powered tools, test ideas quickly and improve through feedback rather than over-polishing the first version.
- Collaborate and deliver: Work closely with Marketing and Product to understand briefs, simplify complex ideas and deliver quality output on time.
What We're Looking For- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, motion design or video creation, backed by a strong portfolio or showreel.
- Hands-on skills in graphic design, video editing and motion graphics, with an appetite for experimenting with new AI-powered tools.
- A strong bias for action: someone who enjoys creating, testing and iterating, and balances speed with quality.
- Good visual judgement and the ability to simplify complex ideas for business audiences.
- Ownership, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.
- A plus: An interest in content, storytelling, learning and how people engage with ideas.
