Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Graphic Designer / Video Editor. The role involves creating digital graphics and visual assets for marketing, social media, and internal communications, aligned with Valar’s brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer / Video Editor will plan, shoot, and edit video content, including product showcases, process videos, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and operations teams, designing layouts, applying motion graphics, performing color grading, and optimizing content for various platforms. The role also includes maintaining an organized media asset library, meeting project deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, capture, and assemble compelling video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual appeal and create engaging, dynamic sequences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics design to develop digital assets, layouts, and visual materials consistent with brand standards.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalents) is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital content formats are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
- A diploma or degree in Design, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
