Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a hybrid Graphic Designer | Video Editor | Legal Researcher | Legal Journalist | Field Journalist position, located in Patna, Bihar. The role includes producing high-quality graphic and video content, conducting legal research, creating impactful investigative legal journalism, and engaging in on-ground reporting. The candidate will also contribute to promoting legal awareness and delivering accurate, well-researched news to the organization’s growing audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding
- Strong knowledge of Typography and visual storytelling techniques
- Solid understanding of legal systems, frameworks, and the ability to conduct in-depth Legal Research
- Experience in writing and editing as a Legal Journalist, with an emphasis on accuracy and unbiased reporting
- Demonstrated skills in Field Journalism, including investigative reporting and on-ground coverage
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse teams from design, editorial, and research backgrounds
- Proficiency in video editing tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Law, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
- An understanding of or experience in legal concepts and terminology is advantageous
