USISPF is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Producer in our New Delhi office, to support our visual storytelling across digital platforms, events, and communications.
This role will combine graphic design, video production, and social media content management, including content creation for social platforms, reports, events, podcasts, and leadership engagements.
The ideal candidate should be able to handle core design responsibilities along with video editing and social media execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms, such as digital and print forms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Design graphics for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and event promotions
- Create YouTube thumbnails and digital creatives for video content and podcasts
- Design event backdrops, banners, stage visuals, and branding for conferences and summits
- Develop brochures, reports, policy documents, presentations, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistent visual identity and branding across all USISPF communications
- Adapt designs for both digital and print formats
2. Video Production & Editing
- Support end-to-end video production: planning, shooting, editing, and post-production
- Edit videos for:
- Leadership interviews and policy conversations
- Podcasts (studio and remote formats)
- Event highlights and summit coverage
- Short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
- Assist with live-streaming of events and webinars
- Capture high-quality photographs at events
3. Social Media & Content Management
- Manage and execute social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube)
- Coordinate posting schedules aligned with events, campaigns, and announcements
- Support content planning and calendar execution
- Maintain photo and video archives for digital use
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, Film, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, and/or digital content
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video work.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects)
- Basic understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content optimization

- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Interest in policy, global affairs, and U.S.–India relations is preferable
