Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing website graphics, blog images, social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives aligned with the brand tone.
- Design engaging creatives that effectively communicate marketing messages across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Create eBooks, whitepapers, and other digital assets in a visually engaging and easy-to-understand format.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding purposes.
- Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) with strong storytelling and visual appeal.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and basic animations to enhance video content.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest design and video trends to continuously improve content quality.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
