About the job
As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you'll be responsible for creating engaging visual and multimedia content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are looking for a 2-3 years exp graphic designer who can take full ownership of their projects and work without too much supervision.
- You will be responsible for creating professional quality creatives for social media, ads, print collaterals like brochures, presentation decks, reports, etc.
- Please note: We do not do branding or UI/UX so if you're looking for that kind of work, don't apply here. You will work with the marketing team to translate briefs into sleek, powerful and effective pieces of media.
QUALITIES WE WANT
We want someone who can work fast and with attention to detail.
Someone who can intelligently interpret chaotic briefs from the client. We will train and guide you, of course, but you will be expected to learn fast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging creatives for social media (Reels, posts, carousels), performance ads, and website banners.
- Shoot content (mobile-first): kidswear products, play, sports, candid moments, in-house and outdoor shoots.
- Edit short-form videos with a strong hook and trend-aware approach.
- Create multiple variations of creatives for testing (hooks, formats, edits).
- Use Al tools daily to generate concepts, captions, variations, and improve workflow speed.
- Adapt content across platforms while keeping it native to each format.
- Maintain Mindtech Labs visual identity while keeping content fresh and real.
DETAILED REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years experience working as a graphic designer.
- Degree or diploma in visual design (not strictly necessary - we just want to make sure you understand design principles and are not just a 'software expert').
- Solid portfolio showcasing different types of project.
- In-depth expertise with Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Keen aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Keen understanding of design fundamentals like typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills, so you can work with the clients and marketing team and explain your ideas and ask the right questions when necessary.
- Must be reliable as a rock - stick to your commitments (we are not known to impose unreasonable timelines and demands).
