About MABSMaharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS) is a practice-driven, tech-infused business school offering an industry-co-created PGDM program in specialisations such as FinTech, Business Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Risk Management, and Applied Finance.
We are building a digital-first brand and looking for a high-performance creative professional who can visually communicate our vision across platforms.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who understands branding, storytelling, and digital marketing.
You will work closely with the Growth & Admissions team to create high-impact creatives, performance ads, reels, YouTube videos, campus branding materials, and website assets that directly contribute to lead generation and admissions growth.
This role requires both design aesthetics and marketing thinking.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design- Design social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, Facebook)
- Create performance marketing ads (Google Display, Meta Ads, banners)
- Develop brochures, posters, standees, and campus banners
- Design landing page visuals and email creatives
- Maintain brand consistency (colours, typography, layout standards)
Video Editing- Edit reels, YouTube videos, testimonials, and podcast clips
- Create cinematic promotional videos for PGDM campaigns
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design
- Optimise videos for different platforms (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn)
Brand & Campaign Work- Execute campaign-based creatives (Scholarships, GD-PI rounds, Industry Talks, Placement Stories)
- Collaborate with faculty and students during shoots
- Maintain an organised creative asset library
Required Skills & ToolsMust Have:
- Strong knowledge of Canva / Adobe Express (Pro-level understanding)
- Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom
- Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of social media formats and dimensions
- Basic understanding of branding and typography
Good to Have:
- Motion graphics (After Effects)
- Basic photography/videography knowledge
- Understanding of digital ad creatives (CTR-focused design)
- Experience in an education, startup, or agency environment
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Freshers with exceptional portfolios may apply
Portfolio RequirementApplicants must share:
- Portfolio link (Google Drive / Behance / Website)
- At least 3 social media designs
- 2 video edits (Reel or YouTube format)
