Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Tools & Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, , Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent tools), Canva / similar tools for quick content
Basic familiarity with AI tools is a plus (not mandatory)
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
Job Responsibilities
🎯 Social Media Content Creation
Design: Static posts, Carousel creatives, Short videos / reels (<60 seconds)
Create lifestyle-based visuals to showcase real-world use of products
Ensure consistency with brand communication
🎬 Video Editing & Production
Edit and produce:
Social media reels & short videos
Product explainer videos
“How to use” videos
Basic installation/training videos for partners
Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and music for engaging output
💡 Creative Thinking & Execution
Translate product features into simple, visually appealing content
Work with marketing team on campaign ideas and content calendars
Stay updated with latest social media trends and formats
🤖 AI Tools (Basic + Learning Mindset)
Basic exposure to tools like image/video AI tools is good to have
Most important: willingness to learn and adopt new tools over time
Ability to use AI for: Idea generation, , Content assistance, Enhancing visuals (basic level)
