Location: Chennai (On-site) | ISMO Bio-Photonics (IIT Madras Ecosystem)
We are building advanced medical device products at ISMO. As part of the IIT Madras startup ecosystem, we work closely with clinics and healthcare professionals to solve real-world problems in fertility care.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & UI/UX Design Intern who is eager to learn, build, and contribute to real product and design work.
What You’ll Do
UI/UX Design (Primary Focus)
- Assist in designing interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Work on wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens
- Help improve usability across product workflows
- Support in maintaining design consistency
Graphic Design
- Create marketing creatives, presentations, and visual assets
- Support branding and design needs across teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in UI/UX and product design
- Portfolio or sample work (academic, personal, or freelance)
- Basic knowledge of Figma or similar tools
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
Tools & Skills Exposure
- Figma (UI/UX design and prototyping)
- Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Exposure to AI tools for design and productivity
Good to Have
- Exposure to web or mobile app design
- Understanding of UX basics and user flows
