We are seeking a
Sr. Executive – Visual Graphic Designer (3P Online Product Content) to join our Global Digital Operations (Digital GBS) team at Fossil Group in
Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you are passionate about creating best-in-class digital product content and enjoy working with visual storytelling and data-driven insights, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, on-brand content is live across key online platforms at the moment of product launch.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Adapt, upload, and quality-check Brand Stores, Brand Stories, A+ Content, and category or collection banners across online platforms
- Create and manage Brand Store and A+ Content performance trackers to monitor KPIs and support reporting
- Update and maintain seasonal trackers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product content
- Provide and manage all relevant images and videos required for Product Detail Pages (PDPs)
- Create 3D videos using existing finalized 3D models and support visual enhancements
- Develop model shots, lifestyle visuals, and feature images using GenAI tools, existing PDP assets, and available 3D files
- Review existing content and continuously improve quality using platform insights and best practices while resolving listing or onboarding issues
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Sciences, Fashion, or a related field; graphic design certifications are a plus
- 5-8 years of experience in graphic design roles, preferably focused on online or e-commerce creatives
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, XD, and related applications
- Basic understanding of 3D applications such as 3DS Max, Maya, Blender, or Rhino 3D for working with existing models
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver, strong team player, and comfortable working in a cross-functional, multicultural setup
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
