About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging social media creatives for CityPlots. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, branding, and visual storytelling, especially in the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create posters, banners, ads, and promotional creatives
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives based on content calendars
- Edit and optimize creatives based on performance feedback
- Maintain consistency in design, fonts, and brand identity
Required Skills
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar)
- Strong understanding of social media design trends
- Creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate / property marketing creatives
- Knowledge of video editing tools (optional but added advantage)
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
