About the Role
We are hiring a fast, creative, and AI-savvy Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator who can deliver high-quality visuals at speed. This role requires hands-on experience with modern AI tools and the ability to produce content efficiently without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
*Design 50 high-quality images for social media and marketing
*Create 15 engaging reels (short-form videos)
*Deliver projects with quick turnaround times while maintaining quality
*Use AI tools to accelerate design, editing, and ideation workflows
*Design and support website visuals and layouts
*Ensure all work follows strong design principles (typography, layout, color, branding)
*Adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
*Maintain consistency with brand guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Content Creator
- Strong portfolio showing fast-paced delivery and high-quality output
- Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop (with AI features)
Canva (Magic Design, AI tools)
Midjourney
ChatGPT
Runway ML
- Ability to demonstrate workflow efficiency using AI tools
- Knowledge of UI/UX and website design basics
- Experience creating reels/short-form video content
Performance Expectations
- Ability to deliver bulk content (50 images + 15 reels) within agreed timelines
- Clear demonstration of speed + quality balance
- Efficient use of AI tools to reduce turnaround time
- Proactive communication and quick revisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in high-output content environments
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Understanding of current social media trends
