Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Graphic Designer to lead social media design across multiple brands. You will play a key role in translating creative ideas into platform-ready visuals that are engaging, strategic, and aesthetically strong. This role requires someone who understands digital culture, platform behaviour, and visual storytelling — along with the confidence to present ideas and collaborate seamlessly with content, strategy, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual design for social media across formats — including static posts, carousels, reels covers, story sets, and campaign launches.
- Translate content briefs and campaign ideas into high-quality, scroll-stopping visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting designs to platform-specific trends and formats.
- Collaborate closely with content, strategy, and video teams to align on creative direction.
- Contribute to visual concepts for launches, digital campaigns, and always-on content.
- Oversee execution quality and guide junior designers where required.
- Manage multiple brands and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, with strong exposure to social media and digital-first brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and high-quality digital execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and digital composition.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
- Awareness of social media trends, digital culture, and platform behaviour.
- Ability to think conceptually while executing with precision.
- A sharp aesthetic eye and attention to detail.
Work Timings:
Monday–Friday (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM) – On Site
Location: Nariman Point
