Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with experience in preparing signage bids for US-based projects. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting architectural drawings and bid documents, developing compliant signage proposals, and ensuring alignment with U.S. standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret US project drawings, RFPs, BOQs, and bid packages
Prepare signage bid submissions including layouts, message schedules, and specifications
Develop design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements
Ensure compliance with U.S. signage standards such as Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), International Building Code (IBC), and local city codes
Coordinate with estimation, sales, and production teams for accurate bid submissions
Prepare take-offs and assist in quantity estimation where required
Maintain organized documentation and version control for all bids
Revise designs and proposals based on client feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
2–5 years of experience in signage design and bid/tender preparation (US projects preferred)
Strong knowledge of signage systems (wayfinding, ADA signage, exterior signage, etc.)
Familiarity with U.S. regulations including ADA guidelines for accessibility
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
Ability to read architectural and construction drawings
Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or time zones
Knowledge of signage fabrication materials and installation practices
Exposure to estimation tools or cost analysis
Experience with wayfinding systems and environmental graphics
