Job Description:

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer (Print & Digital) with 5–7 years of experience in designing impactful visual assets for both online and offline platforms. The role involves creating print collaterals, social media creatives, digital ads, and marketing materials while maintaining strong brand consistency.

The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Canva to enhance creative ideation and improve design efficiency while collaborating closely with marketing and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, catalogs, and marketing collaterals.
• Create digital creatives for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and presentations.
• Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create engaging visual assets.
• Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistency across all brand communication and visual identity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Utilize AI-powered tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Canva to support concept generation, visual ideation, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-driven creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Skills & Expertise Required

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Experience designing for both print production and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of social media design formats and digital advertising creatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
