Raptee Energy is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer with good expertise in photoshop for graphic designing and photo work.

What You’ll Do

• Design Development: Create graphics, layouts, and visuals for various platforms, including digital and print media.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and enhance brand identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• User-Centric Design: Develop designs with a focus on user experience and engagement, particularly for digital interfaces.
• Content Creation: Design assets such as social media posts, infographics, website banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on constructive feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  
  

Who Can Apply?

Experience

0-1 year of professional design experience or related experience..preferably in a media agency.

Skills

Mandatory Software Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator for graphic design and photo editing.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Photo manipulation (Automotive).
• Familiarity with other Adobe Suite software.
• Basic knowledge of Figma.
  
  

Portfolio

• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Canva expertise will not be considered.
  
  

Design Knowledge

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Awareness of current design trends.
• Ability to create mock-ups.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
