Who Are We
Raptee Energy is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer with good expertise in photoshop for graphic designing and photo work.
What You’ll Do
- Design Development: Create graphics, layouts, and visuals for various platforms, including digital and print media.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and enhance brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- User-Centric Design: Develop designs with a focus on user experience and engagement, particularly for digital interfaces.
- Content Creation: Design assets such as social media posts, infographics, website banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on constructive feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Who Can Apply?
Experience
0-1 year of professional design experience or related experience..preferably in a media agency.
Skills
Mandatory Software Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator for graphic design and photo editing.
Preferred Skills
- Photo manipulation (Automotive).
- Familiarity with other Adobe Suite software.
- Basic knowledge of Figma.
Portfolio
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Canva expertise will not be considered.
Design Knowledge
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Awareness of current design trends.
- Ability to create mock-ups.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
