ION is a new and emerging luxury perfume brand redefining fragrances for the modern generation in the Indian market. Based in Mumbai, ION offers high-quality, long-lasting perfumes crafted to cater to the aspirations of today’s fearless and vibrant youth.
Role Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Photo & Video Editor) to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for editing and enhancing high-quality visuals that align with ION’s luxury brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong editing skills, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life through engaging content.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, photo, and video editing for product-oriented brands, especially in beauty, skincare, or fragrances.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Content Creation & Editing
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, ads, and website content with smooth transitions, effects, and color grading.
- Retouch and enhance product images to maintain a premium aesthetic.
- Ensure all visuals align with ION’s brand identity and storytelling.
- Occasionally shoot high-quality product and lifestyle photos/videos for social media and digital marketing.
B. Social Media & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content for campaigns.
- Optimize content for engagement across various platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends and video editing techniques.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, and VN App.
- Strong experience in photo retouching, color grading, and video editing.
- Ability to shoot high-quality product and lifestyle content.
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for content performance.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
- Prior experience in photo/video editing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Design, or a related field is a plus.
Location
- On-site role in Powai, Mumbai.
- Candidates must be able to travel daily to the office.
