• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Creative mindset & trend understanding
• Portfolio required

📊 Performance Marketer (Meta Ads + Google Ads)

💰 Salary: ₹10,000/month

Responsibilities:

• Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage Google Ads campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for leads & ROI
• Analyze performance & improve results

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Meta & Google Ads
• Understanding of targeting & funnels
• Analytical mindset & learning attitude
