Graphic Designer - Marketing Content (Full-Time)
Pit Crew Agency is looking for a creative graphic designer to join our growing team.
This role is focused on creating high-quality marketing and social media creatives for brands across different industries.
Role Type: Full-Time (9 Hours/Day)
Remuneration: 25,000 to 40,000 per month (based on experience & creative capabilities)
What You’ll Be Working On:
• Social media posts & carousels
• Ad campaign creatives
• Posters & promotional graphics
• Brochures & pamphlets
• Marketing collateral for client brands
• Creative assets for digital campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
* Someone who thinks beyond templates and produce stand out designs
* Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
* Good understanding of layout, typography, and design aesthetics
* Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging creatives
* Basic understanding of branding and social media trends
* Ability to work with deadlines and multiple projects
Bonus Points If You:
• Have experience working with agencies or multiple brands
• Understand Meta/Instagram ad creatives
• Can think creatively beyond template
