About the Role
Join our global Marketing team as a hands-on graphic design specialist supporting multiple industrial brands within Nederman’s Process Technology division. This is a support role focused on scalable execution: you will produce high-quality design assets while also building the underlying system, templates, modular layouts, and reusable graphic libraries that enable faster, consistent rollout worldwide.
Job Summary
- Design Systems & Template Development: Develop and maintain standardized templates and design systems across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, campaign kits, and reusable visual assets (icons, diagrams, infographics). Maintain and enhance PowerPoint templates, slide masters, and reusable presentation libraries.
- Global Design Production: Execute high-quality design deliverables, including brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, sales presentations, executive decks, and campaign assets (emailers, social media creatives, web/landing page graphics).
- Localization & multi-version rollout: Adapt master creatives for different regions, languages, and events. Ensure proper file management, naming conventions, version control, and export standards are consistently followed.
- Print & event support: Prepare print-ready artwork in line with production standards. Support marketing events through booth graphics and collateral design. Exposure to 3D modeling for event setups is an added advantage.
- Operational collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders based on briefs, proactively clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery with high accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Marketing & BE in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B, technical, or industrial domains.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint template design (slide masters, layouts, reusable components, and structured formatting)
- Excellent sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual formats (diagrams, process flows, KPI dashboards, value propositions)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Creative thinking with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset
- High level of ownership with strong focus on quality and results
