📍 Location: Virudhunagar (On-site, Virudhunagar candidate's Preferred)

• This role is NOT for UI/UX Designers
• We are NOT looking for research, wireframes, or case studies
• We need a hands-on designer who can create real designs (posters, creatives, etc.)
• Only candidates from Virudhunagar will be considered
• Only Immediate Joiners (1–3 days) will be shortlisted
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a practical and execution-focused Graphic Designer who can create clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs for daily business needs.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Enjoys creating designs daily
• Can communicate clearly in English
• Can deliver work quickly with quality
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Design social media posts, posters, banners, and marketing creatives
• Maintain consistency in branding (colors, fonts, layout)
• Understand requirements and convert ideas into designs quickly
• Take feedback positively and revise designs efficiently
• Clearly explain your design decisions in English
✅ Required Skills
• Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Figma (any)
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and colors
• Ability to deliver designs fast and clearly
• Good English communication (spoken + written)
• Willingness to learn and improve
🚫 Not a Fit If You
• Focus only on UI/UX research or case studies
• Do not have practical design work (posters/creatives)
• Are not based in Virudhunagar
• Cannot join immediately
