We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to create high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and web projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, work on real client projects, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create visual assets such as posts, banners, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Assist in basic motion graphics and video edits where required.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to execute creative concepts.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs.
- Understand design briefs clearly and deliver creatives within timelines.
- Take feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, After Effects, and Figma (any combination).
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to understand and execute briefs effectively.
- Comfortable commuting to Kandivali West, Mumbai.
- Able to start immediately.
Good To Have
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Basic UI or UX knowledge.
