Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer – Fresher role based in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will support the design team by creating visual concepts for digital and print assets, including social media posts, marketing materials, and product-related creatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with brand-aligned graphic design, developing logos and icons, refining typography, and preparing design files for production. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and brand teams to ensure consistent visual identity across campaigns and platforms. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and able to contribute fresh ideas that reflect XTEP INDIA’s performance and movement-focused brand ethos.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an understanding of visual composition and layout.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and maintenance of a cohesive brand identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for both digital and print assets.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) and basic knowledge of digital design formats is beneficial.
- A portfolio showcasing academic projects, internships, or personal design work is preferred, even for freshers.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is beneficial, along with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru South, communicate ideas clearly, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced brand environment.
