Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer Fresher role based in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer Fresher will assist in creating visual assets such as logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, and basic branding collaterals under the guidance of senior designers. Daily tasks include developing design concepts, selecting typography, refining layouts, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand design requirements, iterating on feedback, and preparing files for digital and print use. The designer will also support in maintaining a library of design assets and staying updated on basic design trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create clear, visually appealing layouts and marketing assets.
- Ability to contribute to Logo Design and Branding work, supporting the development of consistent brand identities.
- Basic understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print media.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to take constructive feedback, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- A portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal projects) demonstrating design fundamentals and creative thinking.
