Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing marketing creatives, branding materials, social media content, and editing promotional videos to support the company’s branding and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing, print media, and branding campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, project presentations, and promotional materials.
- Edit and develop engaging videos for project promotions, site walkthroughs, events, and social media platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams for campaign requirements.
- Develop motion graphics, reels, and short promotional videos.
- Ensure all creatives align with company branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and digital marketing agencies when required.
- Handle photo editing, color correction, and video enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and marketing concepts.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of creatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and other editing/design tools.
- Strong knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and social media content creation.
- Creative thinking with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Any Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in graphic designing/video editing are an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with real estate builders or developers is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio in real estate branding and promotional content.
- Experience in creating Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and digital ads preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
