Swati Sandhya Procon LLP is seeking a creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to lead our visual content engine. You will be responsible for translating our architectural vision into high-quality graphics, cinematic videos, and engaging digital creatives. This role demands a blend of technical mastery and "idea-first" thinking to support our premium branding and project communications.

Key Responsibilities
A. Graphic Design & Branding- Print & Digital Collaterals: Design high-end brochures, flyers, site hoardings, banners, and professional presentations.
- Social Media Identity: Create aesthetic social media creatives, including static posts, Reel layouts, GIFs, thumbnails, and infographics.
- Brand Custodianship: Develop brand elements and ensure 100% visual consistency across all digital and offline platforms.
B. Video Editing & Motion Graphics- End-to-End Editing: Edit promotional videos, walkthroughs, property showcases, and company branding films.
- Short-Form Content: Create high-impact vertical video content for Reels, Stories, YouTube, and digital advertisements.
- Post-Production: Masterfully add voiceovers, background music, transitions, and motion graphics to elevate the final output.
- Asset Management: Work with diverse raw assets, including site interviews, drone footage, and on-site recordings.
C. Real Estate-Specific Creative- Project Marketing: Design technical and aesthetic assets including floor plans, site branding materials, and location maps.
- Progress Tracking: Edit monthly site progress videos and construction updates to keep stakeholders engaged.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to produce project-specific launch creatives and testimonial videos.
D. Content Ideation & Strategy- Conceptualization: Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and visual storytelling.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve regarding video editing styles, graphic design trends, and evolving social media formats.
Qualifications & Skills- Technical Toolkit: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) & CorelDraw.
