We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects and deliver high-quality visual solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, the ability to think strategically, and experience guiding junior designers while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute design projects across digital and print platforms
- Create high-quality visuals for campaigns, social media, branding, and marketing materials
- Translate briefs into innovative and impactful design concepts
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams
- Ensure brand consistency and design standards across all outputs
- Review and provide feedback to junior designers
- Present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience in mentoring teams and guidance
