Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role. location will be Wagholi, Pune.
The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing designs for packaging, in-store displays, menus, social media, and marketing campaigns that align with WS Bakers’ brand identity & other designs too.
Daily responsibilities include
- developing creative concepts,
- designing graphics for print and digital channels,
- collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and
- adapting designs for multiple formats and platforms.
The role involves preparing final artwork files, ensuring brand consistency across all stores, and supporting seasonal and promotional campaigns with fresh and engaging visuals.
The Graphic Designer will also stay updated on design trends relevant to food and retail and propose improvements to elevate the brand’s visual presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and general Graphics creation for both print and digital media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding to maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints (logo design know-how will be an add-on - like cherry on the cake)
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to create clear, appealing, and readable marketing and product materials.
- Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent software).
- Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
