Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Kanpur. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets that align with creative strategies and enhance brand identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing for branding projects, developing packaging concepts, creating marketing materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to campaign visuals. The candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality designs that effectively communicate our clients' messages while maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with branding, packaging, and visual communication design
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into creative designs
- Knowledge of digital content creation and social media graphic design
- Attention to detail, layout, and color theory
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Experience in motion graphics design is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Prior experience in a creative agency or design team environment is an advantage
