Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Aurangabad. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including logos, marketing collateral, social media creatives, on-site branding assets, and advertising layouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with account and marketing teams to interpret client briefs, developing design ideas and variations, refining concepts based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files. The role involves maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, managing multiple projects within deadlines, and contributing creative input to campaigns and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual composition.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to develop and apply cohesive brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and its application across digital and print media.
- Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
- Ability to translate client requirements into clear design concepts and deliverables.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
