We're expanding our creative team and looking for talented designers who are eager to create impactful visual experiences while leveraging modern AI-powered design tools.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀
• 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Graphic Designer
• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1–3 Years
• 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Remote (Preferred Chennai)
• 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
• Design creative assets for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and branding materials
• Create banners, posters, brochures, flyers, logos, illustrations, icons, and other marketing collateral
• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and visual identity
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and development teams to deliver compelling visual experiences
• Prepare design assets optimized for digital, web, mobile, and print platforms
• Create engaging visuals that enhance brand awareness and marketing performance
• Support basic UI design tasks such as creating interface assets, landing page visuals, or simple screen layouts (UI/UX knowledge is an added advantage)
• Leverage AI tools to:
• Generate creative concepts and design variations
• Speed up image editing and asset creation
• Enhance illustrations, marketing creatives, and visual content
• Improve productivity throughout the design workflow
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating digital marketing creatives, social media posts, branding materials, and marketing collateral
• Knowledge of print design and preparing production-ready artwork
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus
• Exposure to AI-powered design tools such as:
• Adobe Firefly
• ChatGPT
• Canva AI
• Figma AI
• Midjourney (or similar AI design tools)
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design projects is required. UI/UX work is an added advantage.
