Key Responsibilities
• Creative Execution: Develop visually appealing designs for print and digital platforms, such as social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and implement innovative design ideas.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Requirements
Required Skills:
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel DRAW, or similar tools.
• Design Principles: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Multimedia Skills: Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage.
• Detail Orientation: Keen eye for details to ensure high-quality designs.
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively within a team.
