Job Title: Graphic Designer – Brand & Campaigns
Role Summary
The Graphic Designer will independently execute high-quality digital and print creatives for Designer events, exhibitions, website, and brand campaigns. The role requires maintaining strong visual consistency, meeting deadlines across multiple live projects, and ensuring all outputs align with the premium positioning of Warehouse by Mudita.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Event Design Execution
* Execute end-to-end design for Events, multi-designer exhibitions, and online campaigns
* Develop event-specific moodboards based on creative briefs
* Translate communication copy into compelling, high-impact visual outputs
* Ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all campaign touchpoint
2. Digital Creative Production
* Design social media creatives (posts, stories, reel covers, grid layouts)
* Create website banners, sales creatives, and other digital assets
* Adapt and resize creatives across multiple formats and platforms
* Maintain platform-specific design standards while ensuring brand consistency
3. Print & Offline Design
* Design print collateral including PR kits, invitations, flexes, signage, and event materials
* Prepare print-accurate, vendor-ready production files
* Coordinate with printers and vendors when required to ensure quality output
* Conduct basic pre-production checks for color, alignment, and formatting accuracy
4. GPW Grids & Weekly Deliverables
* Design and update Events grids on a weekly basis
* Maintain visual consistency across multiple designers and product categories
* Deliver grid creatives within defined timelines without compromising quality
5. Collaboration & Coordination
* Work closely with Social Media and Communications teams
* Implement feedback efficiently, minimizing revision cycles
* Proactively flag unclear briefs, scope changes, or unrealistic deadlines
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining workflow clarity
6. Brand Consistency & Quality Control
* Strictly adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards
* Maintain premium design aesthetics aligned with brand positioning
* Ensure zero errors in spelling, alignment, hierarchy, or formatting
* Conduct final quality checks before submission
