Position: Graphic Designer
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital platforms. You will work closely with our product and development teams to bring innovative design solutions to life.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
· Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
· Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
· Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
· Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements
· Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on UI/UX design.
· Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
· Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
· Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
· Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
· Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
