Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based at VPS Lakeshore Hospital in Kochi. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and create designs for digital and print materials, including patient education content, marketing collateral, internal communications, and hospital branding assets. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to understand design requirements, producing graphics and layouts aligned with brand guidelines, and preparing files for various media channels. The role involves refining existing designs, maintaining consistent visual identity across touchpoints, and ensuring that all materials are clear, accessible, and appropriate for diverse audiences. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to support outreach and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure legible, aesthetically pleasing text layouts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
- Candidates should possess the ability to translate complex healthcare information into clear, user-friendly visual content.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in healthcare or corporate communication design is an advantage.
