Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Kochi. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating original graphics, logos, branding materials, and typography designs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualise, design, and deliver visually compelling projects that align with client needs and business goals. The Graphic Designer will ensure consistency in brand identity across all deliverables and stay updated on current design trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create high-converting ad creatives (Meta & Google campaigns)
- Develop branding materials (flyers, posters, banners)
- Design landing page & website visuals
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Support basic video creatives/reels (optional)
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma is a plus)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives
- Good sense of typography, layout, and colour
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic video editing skills (preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Flexible for the right candidate based on skills and experience)
