Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to design engaging visual content for digital and marketing platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools to improve productivity and creativity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for digital marketing and branding, including:
- Social media posts
- Ad creatives
- Brochures, flyers, posters
- Banners, logos, presentations
- Website graphics and landing page visuals
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality creative collaterals
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual consistency
- Create visually appealing graphics for online and offline campaigns
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Apply creativity and design thinking to improve campaign performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- XD / Figma
- Understanding of design fundamentals (color, typography, layout, composition)
- Experience designing ads, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, logos, and social media creatives
- Basic knowledge of web page design concepts
AI Tools Experience (Must Have)
Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as:
- Canva AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney / DALL·E (for creative concepts)
- ChatGPT (for creative ideas & design prompts)
- Remove.bg / AI background tools
Ability to use AI tools to improve creativity, speed, and productivity is mandatory.
