Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 5-8 years of experience who can translate concepts
into impactful visual designs. The role involves creating presentation decks, digital creatives,
branding assets, using Adobe tools and modern AI-based design workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality PowerPoint decks and visual presentations for business and client
requirements
Create marketing collaterals including social media creatives, brochures, banners, logos, and
brand assets
Develop illustrations, layouts, and digital designs using Illustrator, Photoshop, and related
tools
Assist in video and motion design projects using Premiere Pro and After Effects
Use AI-based tools/models for image and video generation as per project needs
Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements
and deliver within timelines
Required Skills & Tools:
Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD
Proficiency in Figma for layouts, mock ups, and prototyping
Experience in creating presentation decks and visual storytelling
Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation (images/videos) (preferred not mandatory)
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Experience & Qualifications:
5–8 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, visual communication, or digital design
Experience working on both print and digital creatives
Portfolio showcasing presentations, branding, and marketing creatives
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience working with marketing or product teams
Basic understanding of branding strategy and campaign design
